The contest is open to residents of Germany. Entries open at 9:00 a.m. CEST on Monday, August 3, 2020 and close at 5:00 p.m. CEST on Friday, August 8, 2020. Prize: 5 times a coffee and pastry combination provided by Cavolo Nero. The prize winners will be drawn randomly at 11:00 a.m. CEST on Saturday, August 8, 2020 and will be notified by email by by 4:00 p.m. CEST on Monday, August 10, 2020.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the contest. Making a purchase does not increase chances of winning.
This contest is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook or Instagram, nor are Facebook or Instagram associated with the contest. Facebook and Instagram are released from any responsibility to entrants or participants.
Berlin & Around reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without giving reasons. In particular, Berlin & Around can cancel the competition in case of technical problems (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation or hardware / software errors) or if the competition cannot be carried out properly for legal reasons. Should a participant be a reason for the cancellation of the competition, Berlin & Around can demand compensation.
If a participant does not respond within seven days after being asked twice, a new winner will be determined. The prize is not transferable.

Email addresses will solely be used to communicate with the contest participants and to send them Berlin & Around newsletters, should they choose to double opt in. Participants can unsubscribe at any time and their data will be deleted.
